I would like to no how much is your one bedroom?
I had a short term stay at the Statler back around 2007 and fell in love. Was lucky to get a sublet again in 2011 for a short term stay. There was a yoga studio right across the hall from me and a decent restaurant downstairs. Wondering if they'll restore what was the old dining room and the speakeasy downstairs. Love the history. Will be back in Aug 2019 and would love to get a 4 week rental.
MoreJust met the new manager...Laughable. The rent is way overpriced to deal with that every day.
MoreI have been living at The Statler since October 2019 and it's been an enjoyable living experience. From the start the leasing team, Ronny especially, was helpful through the whole process; my move in was seamless! When I have had maintenance concerns they have been fixed in a timely manner and the staff is great at communicating when my problem would be resolved. You also cannot beat the location as it's close to everything you need; food, fun and also a dog owner and the walk-ability around downtown and to the park down the street is extremely helpful. I highly recommend this building.
MoreI’ve been living here since February 2018, and overall, The Statler is a great place to live. I love the location, the new renovations, the awesome and friendly staff such as Ronny (leasing) and Christopher (security). Maintenance is always there to help, too! They listen to our concerns, and the whole staff is wonderful. If I can, I will continue to live here for as long as I can, especially if they continue to keep it as clean as it as, and keep their price points reasonable.
MoreThe new property manager is completely useless. Don't waste your time.
Love this apartment complex!! Also, everyone in the office was busy, but still so nice! Jackie helped give an awesome tour of the unit, rooftop, gym etc even though we didn't have an appointment. She answered all of our questions with a smile on her face and even gave us complimentary drink tickets (for coffee/tea/smoothies etc) for the awesome coffee shop located in the building. Very pleasant experience and I loved the newly renovated 1bd we viewed. Looking forward to moving in here soon. Thank you!!
MoreThrough the good, the bad and the ugly, I've lived at The Statler for more than five years. And then Millennia bought the Statler, renovated the building from top to bottom and it's a wonderful place to live now. The residence lounge is stunning as is the restored lobby. What a difference new ownership and management have made!
MoreWe are fortunate to be able to renovate this beautiful historic building and are excited that the surrounding buildings on Euclid are also being renovated to make this a vibrant part of town again. As far as early construction noise, this was eliminated once our residents voiced their concerns. We went directly to the construction company working next door and asked that they please refrain from noise until 8:00 am which they agreed to.As far as the photo that was posted by Mr. Blaylock, this was revealed when the original wall paper was removed during the renovation process and was covered by construction once it was brought to our attention. Our 14 million dollar renovation is scheduled for completion at the end of July 2019. Our newly renovated suites are amazing and our new indoor and outdoor community spaces are sure to please all residents.
MoreMy boyfriend and I have been living here about 3 months so far, and everything has been wonderful! Our room is spacious and the design style (paint color, appliances, marble counters, etc.) is exactly what we were looking for! The lobby is a gorgeous grand entrance when we are having guests over, and we can't wait to make use of the rooftop lounge area when the temps rise. Ronny is so helpful in the leasing office, so definitely see him if you're looking to live here! (Take a tour, the pictures online don't even do it justice - it's amazing.) Our only complaint would be that the renovations on the yoga studio haven't been completed yet, as we use it 4-5 times a week, but we are hopeful that it will be redone soon!
MoreWe love our downtown home! Ronny is amazing, as is the entire management staff and security. Every maintenance issue is addressed quickly. The renovations are spectacular. We use the rooftop as well as the community room all the time. It's nice to have other places to hangout. The location is perfect as well. Quick walk to Heinens, Playhouse Square, E9th Pier to watch the sunset, and Progressive Field to watch the Tribe!
MoreWalking into the beautifully renovated lobby and meeting the awesome leasing staff, we knew this was the place for us. The leasing staff went out of their way to find us the right apartment and when we needed more space, Ronny and Analise found the right spot. Every request or concern we have had is addressed promptly and professionally. Jerry and the maintenance staff are great to work with and thorough. Chris and Manny in security are always helpful. The location is great and you can walk most places. The community room and amenities are the cherry on top. We love our downtown home.
MoreI have lived at The Statler since June 2018. The changes and renovations since that time have really made it a great place to live. The community room is lovely, the updates to the gym are much appreciated, and the staff is incredible. The leasing office always makes time to listen to any concerns that do come up. They even know my dog by name and are always willing to pet and treat her!
MoreAverage experience overall, not worth the increased prices after renovation at all. Security is below-average - on couple instances I've encountered that the mailboxes were all left completely unlocked such that anyone could access anyone's mails with the security guard at front desk aware and indifferent about it. Moreover, night before moving out, random tenant shows up at my door post 10 pm asking to share the freight elevator for the move-out process the next day - just because the person at front desk revealed my apartment number / identity without my consent. Management was highly uncooperative in the move out process.
MoreI stopped by looking for an apartment. Matthew was nice and kind but the rent is very overpriced with no parking.
MoreAll the amenities with the new renovation of the Statler has made my last 12 months here really worth it! All staff is very helpful whenever you need them, and I always feel safe. The location with a coffee shop right in the lobby is really great too!
MoreUnder new management in 2018 and undergoing renovations. The hallways on the apartment floors all smell very strongly of food. You can easily hear your neighbors. If you aren't facing Euclid or 12th Streets, there isn't much natural light. The common areas were clean, but carpeting and wallpaper were very worn. There are many other, newer options downtown for the same price. Consider carefully before applying for the Statler Arms.
MoreThe parking garage is very grungy and dark. The inside of building is nice.
Have only lived here a few months but everything is new and gorgeous. Everything works as it should and I have a ton of space with my roommate in our apartment. Ronny and Annalise are wonderful!
MoreUnder new management in the process of renovations so far looks and feels amazing!
MoreGreat location and wonderful staff
I'm super excited about my new downtown digs inside The Statler. Ronny and the front office team are amazing, caring, and super helpful. I was apprehensive about living downtown but their responsiveness made my decision very easy. Thank you!
